Use the available balance towards eligible products at the prices displayed when you shop.
Any unused balance remains available for future purchases.
No Expiry Date
Our gift cards never expire, giving you the freedom to shop whenever you wish.
Gift Card Terms
Gift cards are issued in Australian dollars (AUD) and are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law. They cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
Product prices and availability may change over time. Gift card balances retain their monetary value regardless of future product price changes.
Gift cards are subject to our Return & Refund Policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Returns & Refunds — Hand-Poured Soy Candles
At BENZ’S HOME & BEAUTY, each soy candle is thoughtfully hand-poured and carefully packaged. We want you to feel confident when purchasing from us.
Change-of-Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns on our standard soy candles within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
The candle must be unused, unlit and in its original condition and packaging.
The customer must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
Returns must be authorised before being posted.
The customer is responsible for return postage and safe packaging.
The candle must arrive in its original, resaleable condition.
Once the return has been received and inspected, we will refund the purchase price of the eligible candle to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. Return postage is also the customer's responsibility.
Custom & Personalised Candles
Custom-made and personalised candles are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or cancellations once production has commenced.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Candles
If your candle arrives damaged, is faulty or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order details and photographs where available.

Australia-Wide Shipping
Standard flat-rate shipping: AUD $20 per order
FREE standard shipping on orders of AUD $120 or more
Shipping charges and any applicable discounts are calculated at checkout.
Digital Gift Cards
Digital gift cards are delivered electronically to the nominated recipient's email address. No physical shipping is required, and no shipping fee applies to the purchase of a digital gift card alone.
Physical Product Orders
Physical products are carefully packaged to help protect them during transit.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, product availability and carrier conditions. Any delivery estimates provided are indicative rather than guaranteed.
If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
